Responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, managing recruitment and hiring processes, developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and designing training and development programs. The HR Manager will also handle payroll, performance evaluations, and foster an inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values. Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth business operations is an essential aspect of this role. **Qualifications** Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering workplace inclusivity Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs Knowledge of payroll, performance evaluation systems, and HR compliance with local labor laws Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management Proficiency in HR software and systems; experience in using data to guide decision\-making Prior experience in the real estate or luxury industries is a plus Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
