Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the complete employee lifecycle for our Lahore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee employee performance management and development programs.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and company standards.
- Support managers with workforce planning and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Manage payroll inputs and benefits administration in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and workplace culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources management.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and Pakistan labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with HR administration, documentation, and HRIS systems.
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement and training programs.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent HR certification will be an advantage.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or service industry is preferred.
