**Job Title:** Human Resources Manager **Location:** Innisfail, Alberta (On\-site) **Salary:** $115,000 – $125,000 \+ 15% bonus A well\-established, globally recognized manufacturing organization is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to serve as the sole HR leader across all Canadian operations. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take full ownership of the people function within a stable, long\-tenured organization—driving culture, compliance, and workforce strategy from day one. **About the Role** Based at a 24/7 manufacturing facility in Innisfail, Alberta, you will act as the primary HR leader supporting four sites and over 200 employees across Alberta and Ontario. Reporting into senior HR leadership, you will work closely with plant management to deliver impactful HR strategies and operational excellence. This is a highly autonomous role where you will shape how the organization attracts, develops, and retains talent while ensuring compliance across multiple provinces. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Act as a trusted HR advisor to plant and operations leadership * Lead workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning initiatives * Manage employee relations across hourly and salaried employees * Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws across Alberta and Ontario * Oversee annual HR cycles including compensation reviews, benefits administration, and disability management * Coach and support managers on leadership and people practices * Drive organizational change and implement HR programs * Represent our client within the local community **What We’re Looking For** **Requirements** * 8\+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments * Strong experience working with frontline and blue\-collar workforces * In\-depth knowledge of Canadian employment legislation across multiple provinces * Ability to work independently and lead without a large HR team * Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience) **Preferred Qualifications** * CHRP or CHRL designation **Compensation \& Perks** * Base salary: $115,000 – $125,000 * 15% annual performance bonus * Comprehensive benefits package * Long\-term career growth opportunities * Relocation support available for the right candidate **Work Model** This is an **on\-site role** based in **Innisfail, Alberta** .
