Founding HR Manager – AI Superintelligence Start\-Up \| London 🧠 We’re working with a highly ambitious AI start\-up building towards enterprise\-level superintelligence — now looking to hire their first HR leader to build and scale the people function from the ground up. This is not a traditional HR role. You’ll operate in a true 0→1 environment, owning everything from people strategy and hiring processes to onboarding, culture, and organisational design. You’ll be the go\-to person for all things people, helping shape how the company scales across London and internationally. The business is already attracting world\-class talent from leading AI organisations, with a small, senior team focused on building systems that directly impact real\-world outcomes — not just shipping features, but driving measurable results.
