**HR Manager Culture, People \& Performance** Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India Pvt. Ltd. 📍 **Location:** Ludhiana 📅 **Experience** : 7\-12 Years Crescendo Global is a rapidly growing leadership hiring and talent advisory firm with teams operating across **Ludhiana, Mohali and remote locations across India.** As we scale our organization and strengthen our internal culture, we are looking for a **dynamic HR Manager who will take ownership of people processes, employee engagement, and policy implementation across the company.** This role requires someone who is professional, well\-presented, articulate, and confident in interacting with employees across all levels of the organization. **Key Responsibilities\-** HR Policy Implementation * Execute and ensure adherence to all company HR policies including attendance, leave management, performance management, promotions, demotions and separation policies. * Maintain consistency in HR processes across Ludhiana, Mohali and remote teams. Employee Engagement \& Culture * Curate and execute initiatives such as Quarterly Rewards \& Recognition programs, Fun Fridays, team events, sporting activities and social gatherings. * Organize remote team engagement and catch\-ups to keep distributed teams connected and motivated. * Strengthen the company culture and ensure employees feel aligned with the organizations values. Performance Management * Participate in employee performance reviews and development discussions. * Work with team leaders to improve performance at the individual, team and organizational level. * Implement systems that increase productivity and efficiency across the company. People Communication \& Employee Relations * Maintain strong communication with employees across all locations. * Support leadership in maintaining a disciplined, professional and positive workplace environment. * Operational Efficiency * Drive initiatives that optimize HR processes, reduce operational costs, and improve efficiency. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * 7\+ years of experience in HR, preferably in HR Operations, HRBP or Employee Engagement roles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional, confident and well\-presented personality with the ability to represent the organization internally and externally. * Strong organizational and coordination skills. * Creative and proactive in building employee engagement initiatives. * Stable, mature and level\-headed personality with a humble and collaborative approach. * Currently based in Ludhiana or willing to settle in Ludhiana for the long term. **Why Join Crescendo Global?** * Opportunity to work closely with leadership in a fast\-growing organization. * Play a key role in building a strong, performance\-driven company culture. * Opportunity to shape HR systems and employee experience across a growing team.
