Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join a dynamic, multi\-site hotel group based in London. This is a key role supporting multiple properties, requiring a hands on generalist with strong operational and strategic HR experience.
As HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle across several hotel sites, partnering closely with senior leadership and site managers to drive people initiatives, ensure compliance, and support business growth. This is an office based position with regular interaction sites.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver a full generalist HR service
* Advise and support managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and support European HR practices where applicable
* Manage and optimise HR systems, including Harri and Mapal
* Support learning and development initiatives and succession planning
* Drive engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives across the group
* Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
**Experience:**
* Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within hospitality or a multi\-site environment
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law \- exposure to European HR practices is desirable
* Experience using Harri and Mapal systems is essential
* Confident managing employee relations cases end to end
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferred
