Human Resources Manager - Construction Experience

Job Summary: Human Resources Manager \- Construction Experience We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end\-to\-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting large\-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations * Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives * Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies * Handle workforce planning for ongoing and upcoming construction projects * Manage employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development * Oversee payroll coordination, compensation \& benefits, and HR administration * Support senior management with HR insights and reporting * Maintain and update HR systems, policies, and procedures * Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5\+ years as an HR Manager * Mandatory experience in the UAE construction industry * Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices * Experience handling large manpower (blue\-collar \& white\-collar workforce) * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: * HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus * Experience with HR systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) * Strong stakeholder management skills Must have Construction experience 10\+
