One of our forex clients is currently looking to hire an experienced
**HR \& Admin Manager**
based in Dubai. Please find the role details below:
**Role Summary**
The HR \& Admin Manager will oversee all personnel and office operations, ensuring full compliance with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations while aligning employee performance with overall business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Government \& Legal:**
Manage visa processing, labor contract registration, and trade license renewals through MOHRE and Amer portals.
* **Dispute Resolution:**
Handle employee grievances and internal investigations, ensuring all matters are resolved professionally and in compliance with UAE laws.
* **Payroll \& WPS:**
Process monthly salaries through the Wage Protection System (WPS), ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* **Performance Management:**
Monitor KPIs, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure alignment between employee output and compensation.
* **Office Operations:**
Oversee daily administrative functions, including vendor management, office maintenance, and procurement of supplies.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in HR and office administration within the UAE.
* Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and dispute resolution procedures.
* Proficiency in UAE government e\-portals such as Tasheel and Tawjeeh.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to link employee performance to business outcomes.
* **Experience in the forex or fintech industry**
is an advantage.
