**Role Description**
CDigital is hiring an experienced
**HR Manager**
to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development across our rapidly expanding tech, engineering, and hydromet divisions. This role requires a proactive, people\-centric professional who can streamline HR operations, build scalable systems, and support a high\-performance culture within a multi\-disciplinary technology organization.
**Key Responsibilites:**
• Lead full\-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and corporate roles
• Implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes
• Manage performance reviews, KPI frameworks, and career development plans
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
• Develop and manage training programs, skill\-building initiatives, and leadership development
• Maintain HRIS systems, records, and payroll coordination
• Drive culture\-building initiatives, employee engagement, and retention programs
• Support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5\+ years of professional HR management experience
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and performance management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict\-resolution skills
• Ability to lead HR processes in fast\-paced, multi\-department environments
• Experience developing HR policies, documentation, and SOPs
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision\-making capabilities
• Proficiency with HR systems, MS Office, and HR data reporting
