The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture, overseeing training and development programs, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The role ensures alignment of HR practices with organizational goals and advocates for employee well\-being. **Qualifications** * Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Strategic HR Planning experience * Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, and Team Building expertise * Conflict Resolution, Employee Relations, and Labor Law Compliance skills * Strong Communication, Leadership, and Decision\-Making abilities * Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and reporting tools * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment * Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM\-CP, PHR) are a plus * Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage
