Job Description
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a mid\-senior level professional who can independently manage core HR functions, support business objectives, and drive employee engagement across a distributed workforce in the U.S.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
* Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
* Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
* Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compensation planning
* Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation
* Support leadership with organizational development and workforce planning
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
* Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of hands\-on experience in HR management roles
* Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance
* Experience managing remote teams or distributed workforce preferred
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
* Proficiency in HR tools/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* HR certification (SHRM\-CP, SHRM\-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
* Experience in fast\-paced or startup environments
* Strong analytical and decision\-making skills
