Job Description
**HR Manager**
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business undergoing a period of expansion and change, including ongoing acquisition activity across the UK. It’s a great role for an HR professional who enjoys a fast\-paced, evolving environment and wants to play a key part in supporting business growth.
**The Role**
A hands on, generalist HR role supporting the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, and integration of new teams. You’ll work closely with leadership and collaborate with wider stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact across the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Supporting day\-to\-day HR operations, systems, and data accuracy
* Managing HR systems (e.g. payroll, HRIS, absence management) and monthly reporting
* Preparing contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation
* Supporting onboarding, inductions, and integration of new employees
* Advising managers on employee relations, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance matters
* Ensuring policies and employment law are followed
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting wider HR initiatives
**About You**
* Experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisor role
* Confident supporting and advising managers and department heads
* Organised, detail\-oriented, and proactive
* Comfortable working in a changing, growth\-focused environment
