The HR Manager will lead talent acquisition processes, oversee employee relations, manage performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, maintaining employee records, conducting training and development programs, and creating a positive workplace culture. Collaboration with department heads and acting as a key advisor on HR matters will be integral to this role. **Qualifications** * Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning * Comprehensive understanding of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Retention Strategies * Experience in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Training and Development * Proficient in HR Policies, Employment Law Compliance, and Benefits Administration * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced and culturally diverse environment * Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus) * Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR management or leadership role
