This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Vaughan, Ontario. The HR Manager will oversee day\-to\-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, and workforce development initiatives, with a strong focus on supporting skilled trades and technical personnel within industrial and manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to support operational growth, employee engagement, and the development of a positive workplace culture.. **Key Qualifications** \- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources \- 5\+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment \- Strong recruitment experience for skilled trades and manufacturing personnel \- CHRP, CHRL or CHRE designation is considered an asset
