This company has recently raised a significant Series A and is now hiring its first dedicated People Leader to help build the operational foundation for its next stage of growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to step into a highly visible, high\-impact role during a pivotal growth stage. **Typical duties (but are not limited to):** Full employee lifecycle management (onboarding → offboarding), HR operations, compliance, and benefits administration, Payroll and systems partnership with Finance (Rippling), California employment law guidance and implementation, Building foundational People infrastructure as the company scales **Requirements:** 4–7 years of HR/People Ops experience, ideally within an early\-stage or venture\-backed environment, who thrives in highly autonomous roles and enjoys operating as a builder. **Schedule:** In office 5 days/week, Full Time **Pay:** $140,000–$185,000/year (depending on experience) \+ equity \+ comprehensive benefits **Location:** San Francisco, CA
