Key Responsibilities
🔹 Talent Acquisition
Drive end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Automation and IT roles.
Partner with business leaders to attract and hire the right talent.
🔹 Employee Engagement \& Internal HR Communication
Lead employee engagement initiatives across locations.
Drive onboarding and ensure a seamless employee experience.
Own internal HR communication, including policies, HR initiatives, leadership messages, employee announcements and organizational updates.
Build strong relationships with employees and managers, acting as a trusted HR partner.
🔹 Learning \& Development
Coordinate learning initiatives and support capability development across the organization.

We are Looking For
- 10+ years of HR experience. (Preferably IT and Automation Industry)
- Experience in the Automation, Engineering or IT industry.
- Strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and internal communication skills.
Travel
Pune: Weekly travel to Mumbai and monthly travel to Nashik/project sites.
Nashik: Occasional travel to Pune/Mumbai as required.
