Mandatory Requirement
- Candidates
must have a minimum of 4 years of HR experience
in the
Wires \& Cables Manufacturing Industry
.
- Experience in handling
factory HR operations, workforce management, labor relations, and statutory compliance
is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
