The HR Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, managing HR processes, and providing guidance to leadership on organizational needs. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to employees and collaborate with management to align HR practices with business objectives. **Qualifications** * Minimum 5 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and managing onboarding processes * Strong skills in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution * Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies * Proficiency in HR tools, software, and systems management * Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR practices to business goals * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to work on\-site in Dubai * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM\-CP, PHR) are an advantage * Prior experience in managing HR duties within the technology or enterprise solutions sector is a plus
