We are hiring for an experienced **Human Resources Manager** who will serve as a strategic and operational partner to leadership, responsible for driving all aspects of the HR function. This role will support business growth by strengthening organizational capability, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with Canadian employment legislation. The role requires a hands\-on leader who can operate both strategically and tactically in a fast\-paced manufacturing and project\-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. HR Business Partnering \& Strategy** * Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational growth. * Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance, employee relations, and team effectiveness. **2\. Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning** * Lead full\-cycle recruitment across technical, manufacturing, and corporate roles. * Develop proactive talent pipelines and employer branding strategies to attract top talent. **3\. Employee Relations \& Engagement** * Manage employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. * Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a high\-performance and inclusive culture. **4\. Performance Management \& Development** * Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning. * Support leadership development, succession planning, and capability building across teams. **5\. Compensation, Benefits \& Payroll Support** * Administer and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs aligned with market competitiveness. * Partner with Finance to support payroll processes, audits, and reporting. **6\. Compliance \& Policies** * Ensure compliance with Ontario employment standards, health \& safety regulations, and other applicable legislation. * Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. **7\. HR Operations \& Systems** * Manage HRIS and employee data integrity, reporting, and analytics. * Streamline HR processes and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives. **8\.
