We are looking for a dynamic **HR Generalist** to support our team in **Pakistan** with HR\-related questions. This role is pivotal in managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a strong emphasis on **payroll accuracy, legal compliance, and HR administration.** **You will be responsible for:** • Overseeing the end\-to\-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, incentives, and expense reimbursements • Submitting payroll data for calculation, cross\-checking calculations, and validating final amounts for accuracy before payment • Managing the offboarding process, ensuring all exit procedures are followed and providing departing employees with information and support • Drafting and managing contract\-related documents for employment, amendments, and terminations, ensuring timely signatures • Conducting regular audits of HR processes and records to identify and rectify areas of potential non\-compliance • Participating in grievance, disciplinary, appeal, and other formal employee relations meetings when necessary • Coordinating with insurance brokers to ensure all legal entities and employees are adequately covered under the company’s insurance policies • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, Legal, Finance, C\&B) to support HR operations **You might be a fit if you have:** • 3\+ years of experience working in the Human Resources field • 2\+ years of experience working with HR documents (employee agreements, addenda, orders, policies, applications) • Hands\-on payroll processing experience • Excellent knowledge of local labour law • Readiness to work in a multitasking environment • Fluency in English and Urdu ***\*Please kindly submit your CV in English.***
