**Human Resources Generalist**
**Overview:**
The Greater Change is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, supporting our mission to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This role is ideal for a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires
* Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR\-related inquiries and concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting employee engagement
* Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions
* Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization
* Training and Development: Support the development and delivery of training programs aimed at employee development and skills enhancement
* HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy
* Compensation and Benefits: Assist in administering employee benefits programs and maintaining payroll accuracy
**Requirements**
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* 2\-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
* Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM\-CP) is preferred but not mandatory
