**Human Resources Generalist** **Overview:** The Greater Change is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, supporting our mission to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This role is ideal for a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires * Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR\-related inquiries and concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting employee engagement * Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions * Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization * Training and Development: Support the development and delivery of training programs aimed at employee development and skills enhancement * HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy * Compensation and Benefits: Assist in administering employee benefits programs and maintaining payroll accuracy **Requirements** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field * 2\-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role * Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines * HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM\-CP) is preferred but not mandatory **Benefits** * (Work for Home) * Salary: 3000 to 4000 AED, Plus Incentive for every client being handled. * No Visa will be provided * Learning Experience: You will be working \& Learning from Ex\- HR VP's , Business Development Heads, Quality Heads...who have over 25\+ years of HR Experience each. * Annual leave and public holidays * 6 Day working Week
