Job Description
**HR Generalist (UAEN)**
We are looking for a
**UAEN HR Generalist**
with
**4–5 years of experience**
to join our team. The role will support day\-to\-day HR activities and help implement HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Assist in manpower planning and budgeting aligned with business needs and Emiratization goals
* Manage the full recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
* Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs
* Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning
* Assist in implementing compensation and benefits frameworks
* Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with guidance to managers
* Support performance management (goal setting, reviews, improvement plans)
* Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
* Manage payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies
* Support Emiratization initiatives and ensure compliance with local regulations
* Drive employee engagement and morale initiatives
* Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
* Assist in updating job descriptions and role evaluations
* Manage employee exit processes, including final settlements and visa cancellations
**Requirements**
* UAEN (mandatory)
* 4–5 years of HR generalist experience
* Good understanding of labour laws and HR practices
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle multiple HR activities in a fast\-paced environment
