We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
HR Generalist
with a strong background in
Talent Acquisition
to join our growing team in the
Real Estate industry
. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting core HR functions.
Position: HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition Focus
Industry: Real Estate
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the Real Estate industry (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
🔹 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across the organization.
🔹 Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
🔹 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
🔹 Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
🔹 Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
🔹 Prepare offer letters, manage negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
🔹 Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
🔹 Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with other HR operations as needed.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Minimum
3 years of hands-on HR experience in the Real Estate sector
, with significant exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition.
✔ Proven experience in hiring for sales, leasing, property management, engineering, and corporate roles within real estate is preferred.
✔ Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
