**Role Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to manage end\-to\-end employee lifecycle processes, with a strong focus on onboarding and employee engagement. This role requires someone who can balance people\-centric initiatives with operational HR responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1\. Employee Engagement**
* Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including events, celebrations, and culture\-building activities
* Manage internal communication related to engagement programs
* Partner with business teams to improve employee experience and retention
* Organize town halls, team\-building activities, and wellness initiatives
* Gather feedback through surveys and engagement metrics, and recommend improvements
**2\. HR Operations**
Drive end\-to\-end onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration of new hires
* Handle payroll coordination and ensure timely and accurate processing
* Manage complete employee lifecycle (hire to exit), including documentation and compliance
* Maintain HRIS data and employee records
* Support performance management cycles and HR audits
* Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements
* Handle employee queries related to HR operations
**Qualifications \& Skills**
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
* 4–7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
* Strong experience in employee engagement activities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organizational and event management capabilities
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment
