Job Description
**About the Role:**
We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and business\-oriented HR professional who is eager to grow beyond traditional HR operations and contribute at both operational and strategic levels within a multinational environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Strategic HR:**
* Support HR leadership in implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
* Participate in organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Contribute ideas for process improvement, HR digitization, reporting enhancement, and operational efficiency.
* Assist management in analyzing HR trends, employee concerns, retention risks, and organizational challenges.
* Support implementation of HR policies, global practices, and multinational HR standards.
* Coordinate with regional and international stakeholders on HR\-related matters when required.
* Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and HR insights for management review.
**HR Operations \& Employee Lifecycle:**
* Manage and support day\-to\-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
* Maintain employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and compliance\-related files.
* Coordinate onboarding, orientation, employee movements, and exit formalities.
* Support attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
* Ensure proper HR documentation and process compliance across office and project operations.
**Talent Acquisition \& Employer Branding:**
* Support recruitment activities including sourcing coordination, interview management, and candidate engagement.
* Assist in improving recruitment processes and hiring experience.
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives and professional HR communication.
* Support onboarding experience and employee integration activities.
**Administration \& Cross\-Functional Coordination:**
* Coordinate with project teams, finance, administration, and external stakeholders for operational support.
* Support travel coordination, visas, business visits, accommodation, and logistics where required.
* Assist in administrative coordination and vendor management activities.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
* 3–5 years of HR experience in a professional or multinational environment.
* Strong understanding of HR operations along with interest in strategic HR.
* Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and presentation skills.
* Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters, and manage multiple priorities.
* Professional mindset with problem\-solving and process improvement capabilities.
