30,000 – 80,000

(Based on Experience \& Performance)

Red Vision Experts LLC is looking for a motivated and proactive HR \& Recruitment Executive to help us build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit experienced Sales Closers, Customer Support Representatives, SEO Specialists, Digital Marketing Professionals, and other required positions.
• Search for candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.pk, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with management.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred).
• 1–3 years of HR or Recruitment experience (Fresh candidates with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
