**Job Description: HR Executive**

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented
**HR Executive**
to manage and streamline day\-to\-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance, while contributing to a positive workplace culture and supporting overall organizational growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1\. Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment**
* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
* Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database
* Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
**2\. Employee Onboarding \& Offboarding**
* Conduct structured induction and orientation programs for new hires
* Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, and HRIS updates
* Oversee exit processes including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements
* Ensure smooth employee lifecycle transitions
**3\. Payroll \& Compensation Support**
* Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
* Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits, and deductions
* Coordinate closely with the finance team for timely and accurate salary disbursement
* Support statutory compliance related to payroll (PF, ESIC, etc.)
**4\. HR Operations \& Compliance**
* Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
* Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws
* Prepare and analyze HR reports (attrition, attendance, hiring metrics, etc.)
* Support audits and compliance requirements
**5\. Employee Engagement \& Relations**
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
* Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
* Assist in conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment
**Required Skills**
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Problem\-solving and conflict resolution capability
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
**Experience**
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR or a similar role
