As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced **HR Executive** to join our team and strengthen our people and culture function. **Key Responsibilities:** • Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality • Prepare HR\-related reports and trackers (headcount, leave, onboarding status, recruitment pipeline) • Coordinate visa, labour card, and employee documentation processes where required • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide timely support to employees • Support payroll inputs by ensuring all employee data, leave, and changes are accurately recorded • Assist in performance review cycles, including documentation, scheduling, and follow\-ups • Coordinate training, onboarding schedules, and internal HR communications **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field * 1\-2 years UAE experience in HR \& Recruitment Roles. * Experience within e\-commerce, private equity, M\&A, SaaS, or digital marketplaces is highly desirable. * Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently * Strong communication, relationship\-building, and commercial skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally in external conversations. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field • Minimum 1\-2 years’ experience in HR, with strong recruitment exposure • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment compliance • Excellent communication \& organizational • Experience in fast\-growing or entrepreneurial environments is an advantage • Native\-level English (spoken and written) required **What we offer** • Strategic people leadership role within a growing private equity platform focused on e\-commerce • Competitive salary with performance\-based incentives linked to business and people outcomes • Clear career progression toward Head of People or People \& Culture Director as the company scales • Direct exposure to leadership decision\-making, organizational design, and company\-wide strategy • A culture that values ownership, accountability, and delivery • Opportunity to work closely with founders who have built and scaled multiple high\-growth businesses • Real influence in shaping culture, processes, and the overall employee experience **How to Apply** If you're highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and thrive in a fast\-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
