**Director of Human Resources of Läderach North America**
**Location:**
Dallas, TX (North America HQ) (Travel as needed 15\-20%)
**Reports To:**
President, Läderach North America
**Position Overview:**
The
**Director of Human Resources**
will oversee all human resources functions for Läderach North America, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative relationship with Swiss HR counterparts. This role requires strong leadership, payroll oversight, and strategic HR management to support a rapidly growing retail organization with 51 Brick and mortar locations across North America.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**HR Strategy \& Organizational Development:**
* You will develop and implement HR strategies to attract, develop, and scale the HR Team. Build strategies to retain top talent while aligning HR initiatives with company goals. While simultaneously, handling critical cases; establishes SLAs, reporting rhythms, and manager toolkits.
**Payroll Oversight:**
* You will manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while collaborating with Finance for reporting and budgeting.
**Swiss HR Relationship Management:**
* You will foster strong relationships with Swiss HR to align global policies and act as the primary liaison for North American HR matters.
**Policy Development and Compliance:**
* You will create and maintain HR policies compliant with U.S. and Canadian labor laws; conduct regular policy reviews.
**Employee Relations:**
* You will promote a positive culture by resolving conflicts, managing grievances, and supporting managers and employees with coaching and guidance.
**Performance Management:**
* You will oversee programs for performance management, goal setting, and career development to align with business objectives.
**Talent Acquisition and Development:**
* You will lead recruitment efforts and implement training programs to upskill and retain top talent.
**Compensation and Benefits Management:**
* You will design competitive compensation and benefits packages and monitor market trends.
**HR Analytics \& Workforce Metrics:**
* You will utilize HR metrics to improve workforce decision\-making and prepare reports on initiatives and retention.
* You are experienced in implementing and optimizing HRIS and ATS platforms.
* You are skilled in developing SOPs and dashboards to track key performance indicators such as time\-to\-hire, ER cycle times, and turnover.
**Daily Operations:**
* You have experience supporting multi\-site retail, e\-commerce, and warehouse/3PL operations.
* You are strong in employee relations, investigations/legal compliance, recruiting (high\-volume frontline \& leadership), onboarding, payroll/benefits admin, and multi\-state compliance (U.S.; Canada experience preferred).
* You have strong leadership skills with field teams.
**Budget Management:**
* You will oversee the North America human resources budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
**Qualifications:**
**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
**Experience:**
5\-7 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in retail or multi\-unit operations.
**Skills:**
* You have strong leadership and communication skills.
* You have expertise in HRIS systems, particularly UKG and SAP.
* You have the ability to build cross\-cultural relationships, especially with global teams.
* Organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor laws.
**Preferred Skills:**
* You have experience working with international HR teams.
* You hold HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM\-SCP).
* You are bilingual in English and Spanish or German.
