HR Business Partner / HR Manager - Entertainment company
Part-Time - 3 Days Per Week onsite
Based Central London
£45K salary for 3 days - £75K FTE
We're looking for an experienced
HRBP/HRM
to join a growing business on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
This is an opportunity to play a key role in partnering with leaders across the organisation, and really make an impact! You will work as a generalist, handling everything from ER to employee experience initiatives, to manager development programmes and career framework implementation.
What you'll be doing

Business Partnering
- Partnering with leaders to align people initiatives with business goals
- Using data and insight to support decision-making and drive performance
- Supporting organisational change, growth and development initiatives
🔹
Employee Relations
- Leading on a range of ER matters including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance cases
- Providing practical, commercially focused advice
- Coaching managers to build confidence and capability in people management

HR Operations \& Process Improvement
- Reviewing and improving people processes, policies and ways of working
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice
- Helping create a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle

People Systems \& Data
- Acting as the lead user for HiBob and Workable - must have previous experience of HiBob
- Reporting on trends and analysis
- Driving system improvements, automation and efficiencies
- Confidence around AI implementation and driving future projects
About You:
✔️ At least 4 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or HRM in an SME
✔️ Strong Employee Relations experience, including complex case management
✔️ Experience operating in a fast-paced, growing environment
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
