This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing a restorative and learning culture, helping managers to make compassionate, people-focused decisions, while building manager capability across the organisation.
As a trusted HR partner, you'll provide specialist advice on complex employee relations matters, organisation change, employment law, coaching and leadership development.
As part of a team that provides support across the Trust, you will be required to travel to sites throughout Somerset when needed, while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working arrangement that includes working from home.
