The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting human resources functions, managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, ensuring smooth communication within the organization, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining employee records, handling HR\-related queries, assisting with recruitments, and providing administrative assistance to executives as needed. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) tasks, including recruitment coordination and employee record management. * Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support office operations and executives. * Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and information exchange. * Customer Service\-oriented mindset to address inquiries and ensure a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not a requirement.
