Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
* Recruitment \& Hiring
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs
Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring trackers
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires
* Payroll \& Compensation
Manage monthly payroll processing (attendance, leaves, deductions)
Maintain employee salary records and contracts
Coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement
Handle reimbursements and basic compensation queries
* Attendance \& Leave Management
Track daily attendance, leaves, and late records
Maintain leave policies and balances
Ensure compliance with working hours and company policies
* Performance Management
Assist in setting KPIs and performance benchmarks
Conduct quarterly performance reviews coordination
Track employee performance and report to management
Support improvement plans for underperforming employees
Client health reporting
* Employee Engagement (Activities \& Events)
Plan and execute team activities, monthly events, and celebrations
Organize team\-building initiatives
Maintain a positive and engaging work environment
* Training \& Development
Identify skill gaps within teams
Coordinate internal and external training sessions
Maintain training records and learning plans
Support onboarding training for new hires
* Culture Development
Promote company values and a positive work culture
Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
Act as a bridge between management and team members
* Conflict Resolution \& Discipline
Handle employee grievances and conflicts professionally
Ensure fair and consistent disciplinary actions
Maintain confidentiality and neutrality in sensitive matters
* HR Operations \& Compliance
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and policies
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor practices
Draft HR letters (offer letters, warnings, confirmations, etc.)
Manage exit processes (resignations, clearance, final settlements)
* Additional Responsibilities
Build and maintain HR systems (manual or HR software)
Develop and update HR policies as the company grows
Support leadership in workforce planning
Monitor employee retention and turnover trends
Maintain internal communication clarity (announcements, updates)
