Daily responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new talent, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves planning and conducting performance evaluations, implementing training and development programs, and supporting workforce engagement initiatives. **Qualifications** * Strong skills in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding * Experience in HR Policy Development, Compliance Management, and Labor Law application * Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Benefits Administration * Capability in Training and Development, Workforce Planning, and Employee Engagement * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills * High level of integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field * Hands\-on experience with HR software and tools is an advantage
