Objective: The role champions employee engagement, performance excellence, and positive employee relations while providing responsive HR support to leaders and employees. The HRBP also identifies opportunities to improve HR policies, processes, and service delivery to ensure an efficient, consistent, and value-added people experience aligned with business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all related operational HR activities, provide creative and flexible HR solutions to support business growth while balancing the company interests and the IMEA HR KPIs with equal priority.
- Regular meetings with business stakeholders to understand business needs, people challenges and extend proactive HR support.
- Initiate, create and support changes to local HR policy, processes and practices for the market and reflect the continuing needs of the business.
- Train and advise line managers on Regional HR process updates and ensure consistent approach is maintained across the business area.
- Manage recruitment process with recruitment partner and liaise with the hiring manager on the job requirements, interview feedback and candidate updates on regular basis.
- Liaise with the Total Rewards function and business on all compensation related matters for new hires, existing employee changes and employee exits.
- Support the Leader HR India on projects involving performance management, employee engagement and other people related activities.
- Provide on-the-job support and coaching to line managers and employees in performance management concepts, systems and the specific LIXIL performance management process. A key deliverable of this function will be to track and monitor employee performance against the set goals and KPIs in LIXIL to continually improve performance management within India.
- Support Leader HR India in all change management projects, executing organization structural changes, reward initiatives and all ongoing people related projects.
- Work with the TR \& Finance team ensuring that all payroll-related files and activities are updated and completed on time.
- Make sure all employee data on HRIS is maintained with utmost accuracy.
Qualifications : Seasoned HR professional with HRBP experience, with an increasing accountability and operating role across range of key functional areas within HR including delivery of HR consulting approach to business management.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with particular emphasis on being able to influence senior manager and upwards
- Team player with ability to energize and inspire to implement innovative solutions
- Preference to MBA or equivalent degree in HR and business management
