Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll, Analytics \& Systems Lead to join the Pakistan Logistics HRBP team. This role owns the end-to-end payroll and incentive cycle for a workforce of 1,700–2,500 logistics employees across four regions (North, Central 1, Central 2, South), while also driving group-wide HR system implementation and module rollouts across all four markets (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal).
The ideal candidate combines strong payroll and HR systems expertise with analytical thinking and a process improvement mindset. They will be the systems custodian for Pakistan and the implementation lead for HR module rollouts across the group, while also supporting cross-regional HR projects.
Payroll \& Incentives
- Manage the full monthly payroll cycle for all PK logistics employees, including attendance and leave reconciliation
- Administer incentive schemes across all regions — calculation, validation, dispute resolution, and timely disbursement
- Ensure statutory compliance: tax calculations, deductions, and filings per Pakistan labor law
- Prepare and support payroll audits; resolve discrepancies and maintain a clean audit trail
- Partner with Finance and OSP on payroll-related queries and escalations
HR Systems \& Group-Wide Implementation
- Lead group-wide HR system implementation and module rollouts across PK, BD, LK, and NP
- Serve as the PK systems custodian: data quality, access controls, workflow configuration, and ongoing hygiene maintenance
- Standardize HR system processes across all PK regions (North, Central 1, Central 2, South)
- Identify and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention in payroll, attendance, and HR workflows
Analytics \& Reporting
- Build and maintain workforce analytics dashboards: headcount, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, hiring gaps, and incentive ROI
- Produce monthly workforce reports for PK operational leadership and group HR
Cross-Regional Projects
- Support cross-regional HR initiatives including policy harmonization, organizational design, and change management
- Contribute to group-level HR transformation projects as the PK implementation lead
- Assist with ad-hoc projects across the logistics HRBP portfolio as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll management, HR systems administration, or HR analytics preferably in a logistics, operations, or multi-site environment
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms
- Strong understanding of Pakistan labor law, statutory payroll requirements, and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex incentive structures across multiple regions and roles
- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional or cross-regional HR projects
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with operational leadership, Finance, IT, and external partners (OSP)
