ACE Money Transfer provides online remittance services to individuals in 29 countries across the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia, enabling them to send money across borders in over 100 countries. **Execute Performance Management Cycle:** Manage the end\-to\-end performance cycle, including goal setting, mid\-year reviews, and year end evaluations. * Maintain KPI Dashboards: Regularly update and manage dashboards to track performance indicators effectively * Prepare Performance Reports: Generate and maintain comprehensive departmental performance reports * Align KPIs with Organizational Goals: Ensure that individual and team KPIs are in line with broader organizational objectives * Facilitate Review Sessions: Conduct periodic performance review sessions with managers and employees * Support Calibration \& Review Meetings: Assist in organizing and executing calibration meetings, offering insights and recommendations * Analyze Performance Trends: Evaluate performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement * Manage HRMS/PMS Performance Entries: Accurately enter and maintain performance data within HRMS/PMS systems * Conduct Orientation \& Training: Train employees and managers on performance management processes, tools, and best practices * Assist in Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs): Support managers in developing and monitoring PIPs for underperforming employees * Recommend Process Improvements: Suggest enhancements to performance management processes based on trends, observations, and best practices ACE Money Transfer profile: https://acemoneytransfer.com/company\-profile Powered by JazzHR EP2DIgetx4
