**Position: HR \& Operation Executive**
Mode: 100% Remote
Contract: Full\-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 03:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST
Experience Required: 4\+ Years
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated
**HR and Operations Executive**
to support the HR and operational activities of our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee data management, onboarding processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. This role offers a great opportunity for growth and additional management responsibilities within Gehi \& Associates.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
* **Recruitment Support:**
Assist the hiring manager in identifying and fulfilling staffing requirements. Screen profiles, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate communication with candidates.
* **HRMS Management:**
Manage and maintain the HRMS system under the guidance of the HR Manager to ensure timely and accurate updates of employee data and candidate details.
* **Documentation Support:**
Assist in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), employee manuals, and other HR\-related documentation to ensure compliance and clarity.
* **Background Checks:**
Perform reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates to verify qualifications and employment history.
* **Candidate Communication:**
Communicate employer information, role expectations, and employee benefits to candidates during the screening and recruitment process.
* **Onboarding Support:**
Provide assistance in conducting Orientation and Induction programs to help new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.
* **Operational Support:**
Be ready to take on additional management responsibilities across different brands within Gehi \& Associates as the business grows.
* **Reporting:**
Complete reports on miscellaneous HR and operational projects, providing detailed and analytical insights to the reporting manager.
* **Confidentiality and Integrity:**
Maintain the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethics when dealing with sensitive employee information.
