Job Description
**We’re Hiring: HR Manager** We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations for our organization. This role will report directly to the General Manager – Controlling and Administration and will play a key role in shaping our people strategy and work culture. **Salary** : AED 20000 \- 25000 **Location :** JAFZA \- Dubai **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage all HR functions including planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations * Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labour Law and JAFZA regulations * Oversee recruitment activities, manage job portals, and coordinate with recruitment agencies * Manage payroll through WPS, salary structures, incentives, bonuses, and annual increments * Handle performance management processes including probation reviews, KPIs, and annual appraisals * Manage training and development programs and company\-wide HR initiatives * Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances and employee concerns * Handle government relations including MOL, Free Zones, Immigration, Medical, Emirates ID, and related authorities * Manage visa processes, employee records, leave management, tickets, and end\-of\-service benefits * Oversee staff accommodation and related contracts * Prepare HR reports including manpower planning, turnover analysis, budgets, and cost analysis * Lead, manage, and support the HR team and supervise related IT activities **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role * **Strong knowledge of Labour Law and JAFZA regulations** * Experience managing the full HR lifecycle * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Proficient in MS Office and exposure to HRMS or ERP systems (Workday preferred) * **Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with Japanese corporate culture is an advantage** **Personal Attributes** * Professional, people\-focused, and ethical * Able to handle confidential matters with discretion * Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude * Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
