**Job Title: Senior HR Manager / HR Manager**
**Location: Chennai**
**Department: Human Resources**
**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead and manage the
overall Human Resources function. The role involves overseeing end\-to\-end HR
operations, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a
positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead Human Resource Planning to align workforce strategies with business
objectives
Conduct Job Analysis and Role Design to ensure role clarity and eiciency
Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with
labour laws
Drive performance management systems, including appraisals, reviews, and
feedback mechanisms
Build and sustain a strong organizational culture and employee engagement
initiatives
Handle employee relations and eectively resolve workplace conflicts
Ensure health, safety, and well\-being standards are maintained across the
organization
Design and manage compensation and benefits structures, including salaries,
incentives, and rewards
Oversee employee lifecycle management, including staing coordination and
support
Lead onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Support and ensure accuracy in payroll processes in coordination with finance
Develop and execute training \& development programs to enhance employee
capabilities
Promote career development and succession planning initiatives
Manage and ensure compliance with all statutory and labor regulations
Support performance review processes and continuous improvement initiatives
**Key Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
(MBA/PG in HR preferred)
5–10\+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and employee lifecycle
management
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational and decision\-making abilities
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Oice

Strategic thinking with a hands\-on approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a fast\-paced and evolving environment
