Job Description
**Job Title: Senior HR Manager / HR Manager** **Location: Chennai** **Department: Human Resources** **Role Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead and manage the overall Human Resources function. The role involves overseeing end\-to\-end HR operations, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:**  Lead Human Resource Planning to align workforce strategies with business objectives  Conduct Job Analysis and Role Design to ensure role clarity and e􀆯iciency  Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding  Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws  Drive performance management systems, including appraisals, reviews, and feedback mechanisms  Build and sustain a strong organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives  Handle employee relations and e􀆯ectively resolve workplace conflicts  Ensure health, safety, and well\-being standards are maintained across the organization  Design and manage compensation and benefits structures, including salaries, incentives, and rewards  Oversee employee lifecycle management, including sta􀆯ing coordination and support  Lead onboarding and induction programs for new hires  Support and ensure accuracy in payroll processes in coordination with finance  Develop and execute training \& development programs to enhance employee capabilities  Promote career development and succession planning initiatives  Manage and ensure compliance with all statutory and labor regulations  Support performance review processes and continuous improvement initiatives **Key Requirements:**  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PG in HR preferred)  5–10\+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role  Proven experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management  Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance  Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills  Strong organizational and decision\-making abilities  Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS O􀆯ice Preferred Skills:  Strategic thinking with a hands\-on approach  Strong communication and stakeholder management  Ability to work in a fast\-paced and evolving environment What We O􀆯er:  Opportunity to lead and shape HR practices  Collaborative and growth\-oriented work environment  Competitive compensation and benefits
