HR Manager
Our client, a well-respected not-for-profit organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to provide leadership and support during a three-month interim assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR leader who enjoys variety and can quickly build relationships, assess priorities, and provide practical HR support in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong HR generalist background with expertise in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience supporting managers and senior leaders on a broad range of HR matters
- Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
- CHRP, CHRL, CHRE, CPHR, or equivalent designation is considered an asset
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and work effectively in a changing environment
