Apt Resources is looking for a skilled HR Manager to join a leading hospitality group based in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all human resource functions, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations within the hospitality sector. **Responsibilities** * Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and company standards * Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively * Coordinate employee performance management, training, and development programs * Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for senior management * Ensure compliance with labor laws and human resources best practices specific to the DRC * Collaborate with management to support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry * Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment * Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities * Experience with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications **Benefits** As per the market standards
