Salary Circa \- £55k \+ Benefits
This is a key leadership role for a HR Manager who can influence stakeholders, drive change, and improve people performance within a manufacturing environment.
As a member of the SLT, you will partner with operational leaders to deliver people initiatives that support business objectives and site performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
\Lead all site HR activities and employee relations.
\ Partner with leaders to improve engagement, performance, and culture.
\ Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
\ Monitor and drive key people metrics, including absence, turnover, and engagement.
\ Coach and develop management capability.
\ Operate effectively within a unionised environment.
\ Use data and insights to identify trends and drive action.
As an experienced HR Manager having worked within Manufacturing you will be data\-driven, resilient, and commercially focused.
