Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Jaipur. The HR Manager will oversee various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee training and development, policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance with employment regulations. The role also involves strategizing and executing HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, improve employee engagement, and ensure organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Experience in Employee Training, Development Programs, and Performance Management
- Strong understanding of Compliance, Labor Laws, and Policy Implementation
- Expertise in Employee Engagement, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role in the media or entertainment industry is an advantage
