**Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring process * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures * Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues * Manage performance management and employee appraisals * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies * Coordinate training and development programs **Requirements** * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field * 4–8 years of HR experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices * Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently
