operating in the transportation sector, is looking for an experienced and results-driven

HR Manager - Emirati

to lead and oversee the company’s human resources function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, compensation \& benefits, employee engagement, wellness, training, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable

UAE Labour Laws and regulations

.

• Develop HR action plans based on organizational insights, with a focus on

diversity, productivity, and organizational effectiveness

.

• Partner with business leaders and departments on

organizational restructuring, workforce planning, culture, and change-management initiatives

.

• Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that improve

productivity, reduce costs, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen retention

.

• Establish and monitor key HR metrics to identify business challenges and support

data-driven decision-making

.

• Manage and enhance a

market-competitive total rewards and compensation framework

aligned with the company’s strategy.

• Develop and implement competitive

employee benefits and wellness programs

, ensuring effective communication and administration.

• Provide strategic HR guidance to management and support the achievement of overall business objectives.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

.

• Minimum

7 years of progressive HR experience

, including experience in a senior HR position.

• Strong knowledge of

UAE Labour Law and HR best practices

.

• Proven experience in compensation \& benefits, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
