This role is central to how the organization scales. While supporting recruitment, the primary focus will be on building the systems, processes, and structure required to manage, develop, and retain a high\-performing team. You will work closely with leadership to implement a clear performance culture, establish clear organizational frameworks and ensure the business scales in a disciplined and sustainable way. The role requires someone who is both structured and pragmatic, capable of introducing rigor without slowing down execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Support recruitment across the UAE business, ensuring a high bar for talent while maintaining speed and efficiency * Design and implement performance management frameworks, including goal setting, review cycles, and feedback processes * Establish and manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and retention * Partner with leadership to define organizational structure, roles, and reporting lines as the business scales * Build and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labor law and best practices * Drive a high\-performance culture, ensuring accountability, clarity, and alignment across teams * Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent, performance, and organizational matters. * Manage employee relations and resolve issues in a proactive and professional manner * Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Continuously improve systems and processes to support a growing organization **Background \& Experience** * 6\-10\+ years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to talent management and organizational development * Experience operating in high\-growth or scaling environments * Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and organizational design * Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and regulatory requirements * Experience building or formalizing HR processes and systems * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Highly organized, with strong attention to detail **What We Are Looking For** * High ownership and accountability * Structured, disciplined, and detail\-oriented * Practical and solutions\-oriented * Comfortable operating in ambiguity while building systems * Strong judgment and discretion * Low ego, highly collaborative * Focused on outcomes over process **Why Join Flow?** **Exciting growth opportunity:** Be part of a fast\-growing company shaping the future of residential living in the Middle East. **Competitive Compensation \& Benefits.** **A chance to make an impact:** Help build a vibrant international community and redefine what it means to call Flow home.
