Position: HR Manager
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary : Up-To 12,000 AED
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional with strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and reporting.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR administration activities.
- Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to address people-related matters and business needs.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Preferred
- Experience in events, marketing, media, or service-related industries.
