Which is why some of the world’s biggest and best\-known tech companies choose to work with us. **Join our Talent Pool** We are preparing for several high\-impact projects which are due to launch over the next couple of months and looking to build up a network of highly talented professionals that we can work with on short notice or on a rolling basis. **Core Responsibilities:** * Lead the talent acquisition strategy for our agile consultancy pool. * Oversee the end\-to\-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, offboarding). * Foster a high\-performance culture aligned with our values of "human ingenuity." * Manage employee relations and wellness initiatives. **Required qualifications:** * CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in People Ops. * Experience hiring for tech and consultancy roles. * A passion for building diverse, inclusive, and agile teams.
