Job Title: HR Manager Digital Business Location: Bangalore Department: Human Resources Reports To: Head of HR Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources function for our fast\-paced digital business. The role involves overseeing end\-to\-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a high\-growth, digital or e\-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning • Lead end\-to\-end recruitment for corporate and operations roles  • Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements  • Manpower budget planning  2\. Performance Management • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA\-based)  • Support leadership in goal setting and performance reviews  • Identify training needs and support employee development programs  3\. HR Operations \& Compliance • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)  • Maintain HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization  4\. Learning \& Development • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs  • Develop leadership pipeline and succession planning  5\. HR Analytics \& Reporting • Track HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement, etc.)  • Provide insights to management for strategic decision\-making.
